Our core treatments consist of a short functional fitness session, followed by a relaxing eurowave treatment. This type of fitness session will focus on the aspects of our lives that are important. Such things include: core strength and core stability, coordination, balance, flexibility, and overall body awareness.
When the majority of people exercise they tend to focus on what they already know, and do not really consider the crucial elements of our life. When you focus on your muscles, you are probably performing isolated movements with the hopes to improve your body. Unfortunately, our regular day activities rarely ask you to isolate your muscles, but require you to integrate your muscles to work together.
